Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager (AO To JAVP)

Job Description / Responsibility
- Acquire and manage Retail, SME, and/or Corporate customers to achieve assigned business targets.
- Mobilize CASA, term deposits, loans, trade finance, remittance, cards, and fee-based income.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and proactive engagement.
- Ensure proper customer onboarding, KYC, CDD/EDD, and documentation in compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor portfolio quality, identify early warning signals (EWS), and support recovery and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Promote cross-selling of appropriate banking products and services based on customer needs.
- Ensure timely renewal, documentation updates, and regular follow-up of existing customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer MIS, call reports, and business pipeline tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with AML/CFT requirements, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
- For managerial roles (RM): Supervise, guide, and review the performance of Relationship Officers to ensure achievement of business and compliance objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum graduation with relevant background from reputed university without having no 3rd class/division or equivalent CGPA in any examination.

- To ensure one stop service for customers and monitor that customers are not routed to different desks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective business acumen.
- Adequate computer literacy to work on online software modules & MS Office packages.
- Self-motivated with good business network.
