Job Description / Responsibility

Communicate with clients over phone calls and face-to-face meetings
Promote and market the company’s products and services
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Make official calls and follow up with potential and existing clients
Maintain basic records of client communications
Support the sales and marketing team in daily activities

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary
HSC
Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Minimum HSC passed

Experience Requirements

At most 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Call Center, Group of Companies, Tour Operator
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years
Experience: Fresh candidates can apply; candidates with a maximum of 1 year of experience are also encouraged to apply
6 months to 1 year experience in a Call Center will be given priority
Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills in Bangla (English speaking ability will be an advantage)
Positive attitude, smart appearance, and willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) will be an added advantage
