Job Description / Responsibility

Communicate with buyers and respond to their inquiries via email, phone, or meetings.
Receive and process orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with production, planning, and store teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare delivery schedules and follow up to meet on-time delivery.
Maintain order tracking, delivery status, and customer feedback.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Maintain and update customer database and documentation properly.
Support internal departments with customer-related updates or requirements.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.

Educational Requirements
