Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve customer queries in a timely and prompt manner.
Maintain communication with customers via mobile calls and messages.
Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Provided timely support and resolved inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Call center experience will get priority.
Proven experience in customer support via phone and online channels.
Experience in sales campaigns will get priority.
