Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
EW Villa Medica Bangladesh is a growing healthcare service provider committed to delivering high-quality Aesthetic and Regenerative medical services. We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager (Client Relationship & Call Center) to strengthen our client engagement strategy and ensure efficient call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily activities of the call center team.
Ensure high-quality client service and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Monitor inbound & outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up services.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle escalated client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Train and guide call center executives to achieve KPI and service targets.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and medical teams for smooth service delivery.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Diagnostic Centre, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Public Relation Companies

Additional Job Requirements

5–7 years of proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Call Center Operations, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Smart, professional, and presentable demeanor.
Ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
