Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: Supreme Balora Hospital Aesthetic Care is looking for a qualified, passionate, and experienced Aesthetic Dermatologist to join its professional medical team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a modern hospital environment that maintains international standards in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- The role involves providing high-quality dermatological diagnosis and advanced aesthetic treatments while ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and ethical medical practice.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and assess dermatological conditions through comprehensive medical history and clinical evaluation.
- Diagnose skin diseases and recommend appropriate surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Perform aesthetic procedures including laser hair reduction, body shaping, Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peeling, Microneedling, and other advanced laser treatments.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and international standards of dermatology and aesthetic care.
- Provide expert aesthetic and dermatological consultation with customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions such as acne, pigmentation disorders, psoriasis, eczema, and malignant skin diseases.
- Conduct clinical studies and research related to hair fall, hair re-growth, and dermatological advancements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Perform minor dermatological and cosmetic surgical procedures while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality assurance activities to maintain service excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures, benefits, risks, and post-treatment care.
- Organize or assist in medical, aesthetic, and consumer awareness programs, workshops, and promotional events.
- Contribute to medical and aesthetic content creation, articles, and educational materials.
- Build and maintain a personal patient base while contributing to the overall growth of the hospital.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
- Postgraduate Training (PGT) in Dermatology,
- Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine.
- DDV qualification will be preferred
- Training/Trade Course: Training in Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Treatment
- Valid BMDC registration
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Hospital
