Job Description / Responsibility

Biswas Developer & Construction Ltd. is a growing real estate and construction company committed to delivering quality residential and commercial developments. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional to strengthen our Marketing & Sales team and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement strategic marketing & sales activities to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
Present and promote company projects to prospective buyers and investors.
Arrange and conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
Coordinate with management, design, and construction teams to ensure accurate project information and smooth client service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain updated client databases.
Support branding, promotional campaigns, and property launch activities.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build trust with clients while representing the company professionally.
