Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: Israq Spinning Mills Ltd. (sister concern of Ahmed group), a leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh, is looking for smart, honest and career-oriented enthusiastic individuals for the security department.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the overall security and safety of the factory premises, employees, and assets.
Supervise and manage the performance of the security team, including training and duty allocation.
To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
Monitor and maintain access control systems, CCTV operations, and perimeter security measures.
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and drills to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and other authorities for incident handling and compliance.
Investigate security breaches, thefts, and other incidents, preparing detailed reports.
Provide support for fire safety measures, evacuation plans, and emergency response protocols.
Any others task assigned by the Management.
