Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsibilities & Context
- The HR & Admin Manager will lead and manage end-to-end human resource operations and administrative functions for the vivo Sub-Brand business unit. The role is responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and overall office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a productive work environment. This position requires a proactive leader with strong people management and operational capabilities.
- Human Resources
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures aligned with company standards.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRIS documentation.
- Lead performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure labor law compliance and maintain statutory records.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.
- Administration
- Supervise daily office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
- Control office assets, logistics, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Manage workplace safety, security, and maintenance.
- Monitor administrative budgets and cost optimization.
- Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and operational support for teams.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDHRM preferred
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Industry
