Job Description / Responsibility
- Location: Level 02, 03 & 05, House 103, Shaheed Suhrawardy Avenue, Block K, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka-1212.
- Workplace: Work at office & Court
- Responsibilities
- Writ and High Court Matters
- Criminal Prosecution and Defense
- Civil Litigation
- Domestic and International Arbitration
- Verification and Land Documents
- Vetting of Documents
- Sound knowledge of land related documentation
- Taxation
- VAT Tax and Customs Matters (case to case, fees not included in the monthly remuneration)
- Project Finance Documentation
- Handle land related cases with utmost care.
- Service Includes:
- Issuing unlimited legal notices to the opponent party of "Citymead Real Estate and Development Ltd" according to the requirements of Citymead Real Estate and Development Ltd. (CRDL)
- General Diary (GD), Registration as a where require, Case filing against opponent of CRDL, Obtaining bail from judicial department in case any associate of CRDL face the unwanted situation.
- Attending office meeting at Citymead Real Estate and Development Ltd. as an when legal advice required verbally or in writing.
- Outsourcing lawyer for the service, which we are providing without any charges.
- Issuance of unlimited legal notices regarding plot cancellation, irregular file notices, handover notices, registration notices and so and so forth.
- Issuance of legal notices regarding official purpose.
- Meet and greet with relevant police station as an when required.
- Service Also Included:
- Filing for CP, CMP
- Obtaining writ petition from High Court, Supreme Court and Appel Division.
- Obtaining bail petition from supreme court for citymead official in case needed.
- All relevant financial charges will be settled on a case-to-case basis.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Master of Law (LLM)
- LLB/LLM
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
