Job Description / Responsibility
- APX Group is seeking an experienced Legal Expert to join our dynamic team. He will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legal regulations, managing property-related legal matters & providing expert advice to support our growing operations.
- Office Time: 8 AM to 5 PM
- Job Responsibilities:
- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel on real estate transactions, property disputes, and contractual agreements.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all company operations and transactions adhere to applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
- Drafting & Reviewing: Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
- Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, or litigation involving real estate matters.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, operations, and customer support, to address legal concerns and ensure smooth workflows.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, and advise the company on their implications.
- Vetting: Conduct thorough vetting of property documents to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and legal compliance before finalizing transactions
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Master of Law (LLM)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, IT Enabled Service, Resort
