Job Description / Responsibility
- Understand Originate Marketing’s full operations, services, workflows, and execution processes, then support teams by improving efficiency using AI tools.
- Handle and support all AI-related requirements across the agency, including AI-based research, content support, marketing automation, data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance improvement.
- Research, select, and introduce AI tools that align with Originate Marketing services such as lead generation, email marketing, social media management, reputation management, SEO, and design and branding.
- Support the lead generation team using AI for data research, list building, enrichment, CRM updates, and workflow optimization.
- Assist the email marketing team with AI-driven personalization, subject line testing, content improvement, and performance analysis.
- Support the social media team with AI-based content ideas, captions, trend research, posting support, and performance insights.
- Help the reputation management team by using AI tools for review monitoring, sentiment analysis, and brand mention tracking.
- Support design and creative teams with AI tools for graphics, video creation, branding support, and creative ideation.
- Collect, organize, clean, structure, and validate data from multiple online sources to ensure high-quality input for AI tools and automation systems.
- Work with AI agents and agentic workflows to generate outputs, insights, reports, and automated results, without writing or maintaining code.
- Monitor AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business and client goals.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation of AI workflows, tool usage, outputs, performance insights, and internal guidelines.
- Train team members on how to use AI effectively in daily tasks, act as the go-to person for AI-related support, and continuously research new AI trends to improve productivity across departments.
- Office Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information System
- Candidate must have an A Grade in English in both SSC and HSC examinations.
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Market Research Firms, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup
