Job Description / Responsibility

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Assistant to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. As an IT Assistant, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and provide support to end-users.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Must have knowledge on DVR/NVR and CC cameras.
Camera Installing, Cabling and troubleshooting.
Daily CCTV TV Monitoring.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Computer

Additional Job Requirements

Have to flexible with working hour.
Must be able to stay Near Factory.
