Job Description / Responsibility

রিলস, সাক্ষাতকার, মার্কেটিং,ডকুম্যান্টারি ইত্যাদি ভিডিও নিয়ে কাজ করতে হয়।
ভিডিও কনটেন্ট (YouTube, Facebook এর জন্য) এডিট করতে হবে।
ভিডিওতে সাবটাইটেল, ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড মিউজিক ও ইফেক্ট যুক্ত করা।
প্রোমোশনাল পোস্ট, ব্যানার, থাম্বনেইল ও বিজ্ঞাপনী ডিজাইন তৈরি করা।
নিয়মিতভাবে নতুন ভিডিও আইডিয়া ও ডিজাইন কনসেপ্ট প্রস্তাব করা।
থামনেইল ডিজাইন, পোস্টার ইত্যাদি ক্রিয়েটিভ ভাবে তৈরি করতে হবে।
পেশাদার মনোভাব বজায়, নতুন বুদ্ধিমত্তা সংযোজন করতে হবে।
টিম-ওয়ার্ক করতে জানতে হবে এবং কাজের প্রেসার নেয়ার সক্ষ্যমতা থাকা জরুরি।
কাজের কোয়ালিটি এবং কোয়ান্টিটিতে ব্যালেন্স রাখতে জানতে হবে।
মার্কেটিং টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া কন্টেন্ট তৈরি করা
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
Editing high-quality corporate, branding, and digital marketing videos.
Creating smooth transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics.
Color grading, sound mixing, and storytelling through rhythm & emotion.
Collaborating with designers, marketers, and creative leads to deliver premium visual content.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Higher Secondary

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, Immigration/Visa Processing, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Software Company, Training Institutes
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 21 to 35 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Training Institutes, Software Company, IT Enabled Service(2-3) years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics or animation.
