Job Description / Responsibility

Site Management: Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling labourers and subcontractors.
Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct inspections, and mitigate potential hazards.
Quality Control: Ensure all work adheres to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Resource Management: Select, track, and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily progress reports, manage documentation, and liaise between workers and project managers.
Problem Solving: Resolve on-site delays, conflicts, or technical issues to keep the project on track.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil
Higher Secondary

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
