Job Description / Responsibility

Context:
One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. To develop, manage, and grow the company’s international pharmaceutical markets by implementing strategic marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving sales and expansion targets across assigned regions.
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet and dynamic Executive/ Sr. Executive, Transport Department who will be responsible to perform transport related activities of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviewing and carrying out necessary repair and maintenance of the vehicles as and when required.
Assist in database management (fitness, renewal of tax token, insurance coverage etc.) of pool vehicles and take necessary action as per requirement.
Maintain liaison with BRTA and other respective concerns for smooth transport operations.
Prepare cost and efficiency statement of the vehicles and make comparative analysis to reduce cost.
Assist in efficient and economical way for managing transport.
Establish contacts and make agreement with the transport service providers for renting out vehicle as and when required as per company policy.
Select and make agreement with reputed workshops for repairing and maintaining vehicles.
Prepare various bill and take initiative for approval.
Monitor transport operation using GPS technology.
Planning and controlling transports movement.
Any other task given by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Graduation in any discipline.
Diploma in Automobile is preferred

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
