Job Description / Responsibility
- SWISH.GLOBAL is looking for a highly disciplined, alert, and professional Personal Gunman to provide armed close protection to the CEO during all official and personal movements outside the residence. This role requires strong situational awareness, strict confidentiality, and unwavering dedication to duty.
- Job Responsibilities (not limited to)
- ব্যক্তিগত সশস্ত্র নিরাপত্তা ও ক্লোজ প্রোটেকশন
- বাসার বাইরে অবস্থানকালে সর্বদা CEO-এর সশস্ত্র ব্যক্তিগত নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা
- CEO-এর সঙ্গে ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে অবস্থান করে VIP Escort ও Close Protection প্রদান করা
- চলাচলের আগে Threat Assessment করা (লোকেশন, রুট, পরিবেশ, ভিড় ও সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি বিশ্লেষণ)
- সন্দেহজনক ব্যক্তি, আচরণ বা পরিস্থিতি দ্রুত শনাক্ত করে আইনসম্মত প্রতিরোধমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ
- জরুরি বা ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ পরিস্থিতিতে দ্রুত, নিয়ন্ত্রিত ও আইনানুগ প্রতিক্রিয়া প্রদান
- অস্ত্র সর্বদা নিরাপদভাবে বহন ও ব্যবহার করা এবং দায়িত্বকালীন সর্বোচ্চ সতর্কতা বজায় রাখা
- গোপনীয়তা ও পেশাদার আচরণ
- CEO-এর চলাচল, ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ও নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত সকল বিষয়ে কঠোর গোপনীয়তা (Confidentiality) বজায় রাখা
- দায়িত্ব পালনে সর্বোচ্চ শৃঙ্খলা, আনুগত্য, সততা ও পেশাদারিত্ব প্রদর্শন করা
- বাসার নিরাপত্তা সমন্বয়
- বাসায় নিয়োজিত অন্যান্য সিকিউরিটি গার্ডদের সাথে সমন্বয়, তদারকি ও ফলোআপ করা
- বাসার নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থার দুর্বলতা শনাক্ত করে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে রিপোর্ট করা
- যানবাহন ও ভ্রমণকালীন নিরাপত্তা
- গাড়িতে অবস্থানকালে সর্বদা সম্পূর্ণ সজাগ থেকে চারপাশ পর্যবেক্ষণ করা
- প্রয়োজনে ড্রাইভারকে রুট নির্দেশনা (Google map navigation) ও বিকল্প রুট সম্পর্কে সহায়তা প্রদান
- গাড়িতে অবস্থানকালে ঘুমানো বা অসতর্ক থাকা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ এবং এটি গুরুতর অসদাচরণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে
- ব্যক্তিগত এসকর্ট ও সহায়তা
- কেবল নিরাপত্তাকর্মী নয়, বরং Personal Close Protection Companion হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করা
- CEO কোথাও একা গেলে সর্বদা তার পাশে অবস্থান নিশ্চিত করা এবং এক মুহূর্তের জন্যও অসতর্ক না রাখা
- CEO-এর প্রয়োজন, সহায়তার ইঙ্গিত ও আশেপাশের সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ করা
- পাবলিক গ্যাদারিং ও ইভেন্ট উপস্থিতি
- পার্টি, রেস্টুরেন্ট, মিটিং বা পাবলিক গ্যাদারিংয়ে CEO-এর নিকটবর্তী অবস্থান বজায় রাখা
- অপ্রয়োজনীয় ব্যক্তি কাছে আসছে কিনা তা নজরদারি করা
- প্রয়োজনে দ্রুত সহায়তা ও নিরাপদ এক্সিট নিশ্চিত করা
Educational Requirements
- Higher Secondary
- Preference will be given to candidates with military, police, armed forces background.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Overseas Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Must legally own a shotgun with valid license and documentation.
- Able to navigate Google Maps using a smartphone.
- Strong physical fitness and mental alertness.
- Excellent situational awareness and risk judgment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work long hours, flexible schedules, and on-call duty.
- Absolute loyalty, discipline, and confidentiality.
- Non-smoker and non-addicted preferred.
