Job Description / Responsibility

The Credit Recovery Officer is responsible for monitoring customer outstanding balances, following up daily with overdue clients, confirming payment amounts and dates, recording all commitments in writing, executing weekly recovery plans, reducing 60-day and 90-day overdue accounts, coordinating with sales and depot teams, flagging high-risk customers, recommending credit blocks or supply stoppage when payments are delayed, submitting monthly recovery reports, and improving overall recovery percentage and cash flow while strictly following company credit rules.

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
