Branch In-Charge (Operations & Accounts)

Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow
Supervise front desk, therapists, nurses, and support staff
Maintain daily accounts, including cash, bank, and expense records
Handle billing, invoicing, petty cash, and daily sales reconciliation
Prepare daily and monthly financial reports and submit to Head Office
Ensure proper patient registration, appointment scheduling, and service coordination
Address client complaints and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements
Support HR and management with documentation and operational reporting

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Masters
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant field

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies, Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Job Requirements

3–5 years of experience in branch operations, clinic administration, or accounts-related roles
Prior experience in aesthetic clinic, hospital, or healthcare setup will be preferred
Strong understanding of basic accounting, cash handling, and reporting
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel and office documentation
Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced clinic environment
