Job Description / Responsibility
- Role Overview: We are looking for a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take charge of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will not only manage the numbers but also interpret them to drive strategic growth. You will lead our Accounts & Finance team, ensuring accuracy in reporting while navigating complex banking, tax, and legal landscapes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership & Analysis and Capital Management:
- Analyze key financial reports—COGS, P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet—to provide actionable insights to the Board.
- Translate financial data into strategic decisions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Identify cost drivers and revenue opportunities through deep analysis of monthly management reports.
- Optimize existing financial obligations, reduce high-interest liabilities, and secure cost-effective funding.
- Team Leadership & Governance:
- Mentor and guide the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements.
- Establish strong internal controls to prevent leakage and ensure data integrity.
- Banking, Fund Management & Costing:
- Lead negotiations with banks or other financial institutions for loan restructuring, interest rate reduction, and low-cost fund sourcing.
- Oversee product costing to minimize wastage and maximize gross margins in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Taxation, VAT & Legal Compliance:
- Manage and negotiate corporate Tax, VAT, and Customs matters directly with authorities.
- Handle legal and regulatory issues proactively to mitigate company risk.
- Profit Maximization: Lead product costing strategies to improve gross margins in a high-utilization manufacturing environment.
- Skills :Expert in Financial Reporting: Ability to read "between the lines" of financial statements to guide business strategy.
- Strong Leader: Proven experience in managing and grooming finance teams.
- Negotiator: Excellent capability to deal with Banks, NBR, and Legal authorities.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Qualified CA / CMA / ACCA / FCA.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 years
