Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and implement overdue bill / due collection activities.
Ensure recovery of outstanding payments through regular communication with corporate and retail customers.
Prepare, update, and follow up on due lists.
Conduct meetings and negotiations with customers when required.
Regularly submit credit recovery–related reports to management.
Coordinate and work closely with the Accounts and Customer Care departments.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum graduation (in any discipline).

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, ISP, Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
At least 1–2 years of experience in accounts-related work is required (experience in the Internet/Telecom sector will be given preference).
Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
