Job Description / Responsibility
  • Conduct employee orientation program. Coordinate new employee's medical fitness test, building visit.
  • Daily visit logistic building for monitoring HR issue maintains daily attendance reports by HRMS Software, update leave database of employees.
  • Prepare monthly new joining list, resign list, and then provide the information to HR in charge with appointment letter & agreement.
  • Monthly salary sheet check, making deduction list & unpaid leave list for salary disbursement, monthly confirmation list.
  • All documentation (Drafting confirmation letter, warning letter, show cause letter, termination letter, different notices, telephone directory, checklist for HR etc.)
  • Monthly new joiner entry in excel & Keep employee records updated including personal information & ID.
  • New joiner posts ready & post it to Facebook.
  • Making ID cards & Business cards of employees.
  • Communicate with mobile operator company regarding corporate SIMs. Keep record of corporate SIM Distribution.
  • Preparing list for yearly appraisal, drafting yearly promotion & Increment letter.
  • Have to be performed any task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 27 to 32 years
  • Age 25 to 30 years2 to 4 years HR experience
  • MS Office & HR Software skills
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical, Group of Companies
