Job Description / Responsibility
  • ORO Furniture, a sister concern of AAA High-Tech Industries Ltd., is looking for experienced and skilled Site Engineers with mandatory experience in furniture and interior works. The candidate must be capable of handling projects from design drafting to final execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of furniture and interior projects.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Must have strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
  • Handle furniture and interior project execution, including project costing, material management, planning, and progress monitoring.
  • Prepare shop drawings and production drawings for furniture and interior works.
  • Coordinate with factory, carpenters, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure overall site supervision, quality control, and preparation of project bills.
  • Take site measurements for furniture fabrication and installation.
  • Supervise installation of custom furniture, modular furniture, wall panels, cabinets, wardrobes, counters, etc.
  • Specify furniture materials, hardware, finishes, laminates, boards, fittings, and accessories.
  • Ensure project completion within approved timeline, scope, and budget.
  • Prepare 2D design and furniture layout presentations when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and report project progress to management.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil
  • Diploma in Architecture
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Architecture Firm

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age minimum 25 years
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work at project sites and factory coordination
