Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for Mid-level and Senior Android Developers to work on native Android applications and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) mobile apps for Android and iOS. The role involves building native Android apps as well as end-to-end KMP applications with shared business logic and platform-specific UI, delivering production-ready products using modern Kotlin-based architecture.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin
- Build Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) applications for Android & iOS
- Implement shared business logic and platform-specific UI in KMP projects
- Work with REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and Firebase services
- Debug, test, and optimize applications across platforms
- Ensure app performance, stability, and scalability
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA
- Follow clean architecture and best coding practices
- Additional Responsibilities (Senior Role):
- Design and own app architecture for native and KMP projects
- Lead development of complex features and multi-platform releases
- Optimize performance, build size, and memory usage
- Review code, mentor developers, and guide technical decisions

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 46 years
- 3–8 years of experience in Android app development
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK
- Experience with MVVM / Clean Architecture
- Experience building full KMP apps or strong willingness to work end-to-end in KMP
- Ability to handle Android-only and Android+iOS projects
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, Git, and async programming
- Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
