- Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for its Head Office (HQ). This role is designed to develop future professionals through department-specific training and hands-on involvement. Candidates will be appointed department-wise based on their educational background, skills, and career interests. The selected MTOs will contribute to marketing initiatives, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational development.

- Job Responsibilities
- Work and receive structured training in the assigned department (Marketing / Sales / Operations / Sales Operations)
- Assist in preparing and executing marketing and promotional campaign plans
- Participate in strategy formulation and implementation within the respective department
- Support day-to-day departmental operations, reporting, and coordination activities
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and operational data where applicable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans
- Contribute to the improvement of organizational practices and internal processes
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required by management
- Follow company policies, standards, and professional ethics at all times
