  • Market Research and Expansion:
  • Analyzing the market and finding new customers/markets.
  • Monitoring the competitive market situation.
  • Determining the gaps of the market and planning to take market shares.
  • Find out the market size of the product.
  • Sales Planning and Targets:
  • Achieving the company's set sales targets.
  • Preparing and implementing monthly/annual sales plans.
  • Team Management:
  • Managing and leading the sales team.
  • Motivating and directing the sales team to achieve goals.
  • Dealer and Customer Relationships:
  • Building and strengthening relationships with dealers, retailers and customers.
  • Increasing the company's product or brand awareness in the market.
  • Reporting and Administrative Work:
  • Reporting sales data, work plans and results regularly to upper management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 10 years
