Job Description / Responsibility
  • Market Research and Expansion:
  • Analyzing the market and finding new customers/markets.
  • Monitoring the competitive market situation.
  • Determining the gaps of the market and planning to take market shares.
  • Find out the market size of the product.
  • Market Visit and Order Taking:
  • Visit Shops/Retailers as per the scheduled route every day
  • Collect orders for Melamine products.
  • Product Presence and Display:
  • Maintaining product display in the shop
  • Ensuring stock availability.
  • Creating new shops:
  • Finding new retailers/outlets
  • Including company products in new shops.
  • Collection (Collection of money)
  • Receiving money for sold products on time
  • Informing ASM/TSO if there is any arrears.
  • Market Information Collection:
  • Getting information about competitor brands' prices, offers and new products
  • Giving reports on market situation.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Working to meet daily and monthly sales targets
  • Increasing sales of own routes and shops.
  • Reporting:
  • Submitting daily sales reports, collection reports to TSO/ASM.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Crockeries

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Candidate Must Have Experience In Melamine Industry.
