Job Description / Responsibility
- About the Role
- We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused Project Executive – Hospital Development to support the planning and development of a modern tertiary care hospital. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark healthcare infrastructure project from its early development stage.
- The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership, local project teams, international consultants, and healthcare professionals to support project planning, coordination, analysis, and documentation. This role is ideal for professionals who want hands-on exposure to large-scale project development and strategic decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Execution
- Support day-to-day coordination of hospital development project activities
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation systems
- Prepare meeting minutes (MoMs), track action points, and ensure follow-ups
- Analysis & Reporting
- Review feasibility studies, market research, and consultant submissions
- Prepare structured analytical reports and management presentations
- Support comparison analysis and decision-support documentation
- Contracts & Commercial Support
- Assist in reviewing contracts, scopes of work, and commercial terms
- Compare deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones
- Identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in project documentation
- Research & Healthcare Coordination
- Conduct research related to hospital planning and healthcare infrastructure
- Support coordination with medical experts, clinical advisors, and nursing professionals
- Assist in planning related to medical manpower and clinical workforce structures
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate between internal teams, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Communicate professionally with international stakeholders in English
- Coordinate effectively with local teams and authorities in Bengali
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Bachelor of Public Health
- Project Management Training (PMP / PRINCE2 – Preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Data Analysis Training
- Business Analytics / Data Reporting Certification
- Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration Training (Preferred)
- Contract Management / Commercial Documentation Training
- Project Management Tools Training (Asana / ClickUp / Notion / Trello / Smartsheet)
- PowerPoint / Business Presentation Skills Training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field
- Master’s Degree is a plus but not mandatory
Experience Requirements
