Job Description / Responsibility

Need to collect PI (PROFORMA INVOICE) from the supplier.·
Need to send PI & application to the bank for the LC draft. & then the bank issued us the draft LC ·
Checking LC draft, & Bank send us again the final LC ·
Getting pricing & opening voucher from the bank, then posting ERP system.·
As per LC-wise we need to maintain file (1 file for per LC).·
Need to send PI to any insurance company for collect the marine bill & cover note.·
Post the LC commission expense & also the amendment expense.·
Getting original shipping documents from the supplier,
Need to arrange shipping guarantee from the bank.·
Collect the shipping guarantee from the bank, we need to send documents to our C&F agent.·
Work with a bank & conditional payment guarantee provided by an Importer's bank to the Exporter. The payment guarantee is conditional upon the Exporter providing documentary evidence of the shipment of goods in accordance with the terms of the LC ·
Document sent from a bank or financial institution that guarantees that a seller will receive a buyer's payment on time and for the full amount.·
Arrangement whereby the Bank, acting at the request of a customer (Importer / Buyer), undertakes to pay for the goods/services to a third party (Exporter / Beneficiary) by a given date, on documents being presented in compliance with the conditions laid down.·

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
