Job Description / Responsibility
  • Candidate should have practical experience in Building Construction Works.
  • The candidate should have experience and strong knowledge in Civil Engineering specially in the Supervision of building finishing works and maintenance works.
  • Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Monitoring contractor productivity and efficiency to ensure work is completed within established schedules.
  • Accepting material deliveries and tracking material delivery status.
  • Prepare Site Materials Estimation, Contractor Bill Checking & Requisition.
  • Checking the quality of materials & works.
  • Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Architecture Firm, Indenting Firm, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Importer

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 40 to 45 years
