Job Description / Responsibility
  • Oversee all financial operations at the factory level
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure proper cost accounting and control measures
  • Manage inventory valuation and stock reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
  • Lead and supervise the factory accounts team
  • Coordinate with auditors and senior management

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 12 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Proven leadership in managing factory accounts
  • Strong command over accounting software and ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
