Job Description / Responsibility
- Create and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality and reliability.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, manage transportation and store, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, cost, and quality, and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions, delays, or quality issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Construction, Accounts & Finance etc. to ensure a seamless and coordinated supply chain.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Additional Job Requirements
