Job Description / Responsibility

To coordinate with Production & Purchase for material arrangement.
To coordinate with concern department and quality team for timely inspection of received goods.
To ensure material availability with the coordination of the Production department.
To coordinate with supplier for material delivery on time.
Timely and accurate recording of Inventory.
To monitor and in-house/follow up all materials as per PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)/shipment/line loading plan.
Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within the particular time period.
Maintain proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock Items.
Maintain accurate stock.
Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility and entire store area (as per compliance).
Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
Any other work to be assigned by the management as and when required.
These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review.
Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
BBA, Master of Commerce (M Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
The applicants should have experience in the following fields: Electrical & electronics appliance manufacturing company.
The “Lock” Industry.
Additional Requirements
Must be able to speak English well.
Preference will be given to those who know Chinese.
Working ability with Chinese personnel.
Should be able to work under pressure.
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
Computer skills in MS-Office, E-mail and ERP
Good communication skill.
