Job Description / Responsibility

Source and evaluate products for super shop.
Place and manage orders based on internal demand planning and inventory requirements.
Maintain and update order records, product details, and supplier communication logs.
Negotiate product prices, shipping costs, and payment terms with suppliers.
Collaborate with the Inventory and Category Management teams to ensure accurate SKU details.
Identify alternative suppliers or products in case of stock outs or price increases.
Review quality standards, manage purchase disputes, and follow up on replacements or refunds.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
