Job Description / Responsibility
- Serve as the key liaison for customers, maintaining effective communication through calls, emails, and other platforms.
- Share air freight rates (monthly, weekly, or spot-based) with customers and relevant internal stakeholders as per business requirements.
- Oversee booking processes by coordinating with shippers and buying houses, ensuring all relevant shipment information is collected and verified.
- Provide necessary shipping documents, such as dummy Air Waybills or freight certificates, to shippers in a timely manner.
- Address customer queries efficiently, ensuring a professional and supportive customer experience.
- Track and follow up with vendors for customs clearance updates and collection of shipping-related documents.
- Share clearance instructions with the Air Operations team, including booking references, agent contact, preferred airline, agreed rate, and expected delivery timeline—primarily through email, or via phone for urgent shipments.
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Uphold a courteous and service-driven attitude while engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain service standards and operational flow.
- Carry out any additional tasks as delegated by the management to support overall departmental goals.
