Job Description / Responsibility
  • Plan, implement, and monitor the company’s logistics strategy to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations including shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport agencies to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international transport laws and regulations.
  • Optimize transportation costs and streamline warehouse operations.
  • Lead and train the logistics team to meet department goals and maintain high performance.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory systems.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
