Job Description / Responsibility

Inventory Management:
Monitor regional stock levels and maintain optimal inventory.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve shortages, overstock, or logistical delays.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide Area Operations Coordinators (AOC) and Field Engagement Coordinators (FEC).
Ensure field teams meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Sales Target Execution:
Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement region-specific strategies.
Track key performance indicators and share insights with senior management.
Vendor & Customer Coordination:
Resolve vendor issues related to product listing, delivery, and platform navigation.
Support the customer service team in resolving escalated complaints.
Market Intelligence:
Research customer preferences and regional market trends.
Share data-driven suggestions to improve platform efficiency.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or relevant fields.

Additional Job Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:
Proficient in Bengali and English with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and inventory tracking.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while leading regional teams.
A go-getter mindset with a strong interest in e-commerce innovation.
