Job Description / Responsibility
  • Receive and execute dispatch and logistics instructions from the manager or higher authority.
  • Coordinate with transporters for pickup and delivery as per given schedules.
  • Follow standard procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of GRNs, challans, and delivery documents.
  • Update stock entries in the ERP system or inventory register as directed.
  • Physically verify incoming and outgoing materials as per documentation.
  • Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and housekeeping in the warehouse/store.
  • Monitor daily stock levels and report any discrepancies to the reporting manager.
  • Assist in periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts.
  • Communicate with internal departments for material movement as instructed.
  • Supervise loaders/helpers and ensure safe material handling.
  • Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during all warehouse and logistics activities.
  • Submit daily reports and updates to the reporting authority without delay.
  • Maintain filing and record-keeping of all logistics and store-related documents.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years

  • Inventory/Warehouse
