Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, organize, and supervise routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and utilities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Lead a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost control.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for major repair and installation projects.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience Requirements

৮ থেকে ১০ বছর

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in automation, PLC systems, generators, substations, and industrial control systems is highly preferred.
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role in electrical maintenance.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic and high-demand environments like poultry farms, hatcheries, and feed mills.
