Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct advanced keyword research and content optimization using industry-leading SEO techniques to drive organic growth.
- Plan and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
- Develop and implement results-driven social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with the graphics and motion design team to produce engaging, high-converting content aligned with marketing goals.
- Write and schedule daily social media posts with creative, impactful, and audience-specific captions, with a strong focus on the real estate market.
- Execute technical SEO tasks, including backlink building, meta tag optimization, site audits, broken link fixes, and improvements to overall site health for better search engine indexing.
- Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) to achieve maximum ROI.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms to enhance content creation, streamline ideation processes, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Leverage top SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz, for data-driven insights and continuous strategy refinement.
- Stay consistently updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, social media algorithm updates, and advertising policies to ensure competitive advantage and compliance.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Marketing, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
