Job Description / Responsibility

* Makkah Food products..* is a leading company in the agro-food industry, committed to delivering high-quality products to consumers. We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals to join our growing marketing team.
*Job Location:* only for Kushtia, Pabna, Rajshahi
Job Responsibilities:*
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Monitor and manage distributors and sales representatives in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
Submit regular sales reports to higher management.

Educational Requirements

SSC, HSC, Bachelor/Honors, Masters

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

*For TSM:* Minimum *2–3 years* of experience in FMCG sales.
*For ASM:* Minimum *4–5 years* of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Salary Range

Tk. 15000 (Monthly)

Other Benefits

*TSM 15000-22000 *ASM 25000-35000 Competitive salary based on experience. Performance-based incentives. TA/DA and other allowances as per company policy. Yearly bonuses and other benefits.
