Job Description / Responsibility

Generated sales by making outbound and receiving inbound calls.
Promote and sell ICT Bangla’s freelancing and skill development courses.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
Follow up with leads to close sales and meet monthly targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure target achievement.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
Handled customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs, Spreadsheet.
Handling Inbound,outbound call.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary, Diploma, Diploma, Masters

Experience Requirements

At most 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, Training Institutes, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, E-commerce Startup
