Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated female candidates to join our Customer Service Department. The candidates will be responsible for handling online customer queries, responding to messages, and performing general call center duties as required.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and messaging platforms.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and resources.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service and support.
Manage and resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude and a problem-solving approach.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Record and document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback properly.
Stay updated with company products, services, and promotional offers to assist customers efficiently.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary, Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
