Job Description / Responsibility

Make due and overdue statement for clear picture of the fund flow and maintain relationship with customers to ensure optimum and secured revenue.
Ensuring company interest by collecting payments like installments (current due, overdue, advance).
Check & follow the status of customer payment status by the team members.
Contact to clients or send letter for payment on scheduled date.
Prepare allotment letter and deed of agreement within time-frame after receiving the down payment.
Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly/ yearly report including CR & Marketing dues, over dues.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Expertise in credit control, receivables recovery, and financial reconciliation.
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems, MIS tools, and Excel reporting.
Legal acumen in handling contracts and disputes.
