Job Description / Responsibility
  • Client Interaction & Engagement from Lead:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact over phone calls, engaging with clients from the initial inquiry stage, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth transition through each phase of the interior design project.
  • Understanding Client Requirements:
  • Collect detailed client briefs, preferences, and expectations to support the design team in delivering personalized and functional interior solutions.
  • Meeting Schedule:
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and site visits between clients and interior designers to keep projects on track and clients well-informed
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent follow-up, after-sales support, and engaging in post-project feedback.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion Support:
  • Support the sales and design teams by following up with potential leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed projects.
  • Client Satisfaction Tracking:
  • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels post-project to identify opportunities for improvement and encourage referrals or repeat business.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems with empathy and efficiency to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and help shape product or service enhancements.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Design/Printing/Publishing, Restaurant, Interior Design, Call Center
