Job Description / Responsibility
  • Manage both outbound and inbound phone calls.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide viable solutions or alternatives.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate effectively and informatively with customers.
  • Efficiently handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports detailing call activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and queries.
  • Facilitate sales by informing customers about our services.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work morning shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and evening shifts until 10:00 PM.
  • Location: On-site, Khulna Office.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferable.
Additional Job Requirements

  • Additional Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
  • Previous call center experience is advantageous.
  • Must possess a laptop/desktop at home (laptops will be provided during office training).

Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2 Training Period salary -8000 to 12000 per Month.
