Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, courteous, and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with patients and doctors, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service at our diagnostic center.
Duty Hour: Saturday to Thursday 3PM to 11PM
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all patient inquiries and support.
Coordinate with doctors regarding schedules, appointments, and consultation timings.
Manage patient appointments, reports, and follow-ups.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality.
Provide accurate information about services and procedures.
Keep co-ordination with front desk

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 40 years
Minimum 3 years true experience in this field.
