Job Description / Responsibility

Style Maniacs is hiring a dedicated Customer Service Executive (Female) to join our growing beauty care team!
If you have excellent communication skills, a helpful mindset, and experience in client interaction, this is your chance to shine in a vibrant office environment in Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers over phone and answer queries regarding our products
Provide professional and timely support to clients with a customer-first attitude
Maintain accurate customer records and handle client data efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to solve client issues quickly
Assist in day-to-day office tasks with a positive and helpful mindset
Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience at every interaction

Educational Requirements

SSC
Minimum SSC or equivalent qualification

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in beauty care/customer service)
1–2 years of experience in customer service or similar role
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
Friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality
