  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent Service knowledge to enhance customer support
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Implements quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Corporate Office Visit & Client Meeting.
  • Experience
  • At least 6 month to 1 years
