Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Interaction Management:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for timely resolution and satisfaction.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Business Development:
Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services.
Answer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and handle orders and transactions.
Relationship Building:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
Develop personalized customer interactions to foster loyalty and retention.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer profiles.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor customer data within CRM systems to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
Generate reports on customer satisfaction levels, engagement metrics, and key performance indicators.
Customer Feedback Management:
Collect customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and interactions.
Analyze feedback to identify recurring issues and implement necessary changes to enhance customer experience.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
